Consultations & Bookings

• Consultations are available by appointment only and can be booked online or via direct contact.

• All client information shared during consultations is confidential and securely managed in compliance with New Zealand privacy standards.

• Recommendations provided are tailored to individual needs and should not be shared or used by others.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To respect everyone’s time:

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full consultation fee.

• We’re always happy to accommodate emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please get in touch with you practitioner in these instances.

Payment & Pricing

• All consultation fees are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer (where applicable).

• For billing queries or disputes, please contact us directly at hello@humblehealing.co.nz.

Products & Refunds

• As a service-based clinic, we do not offer returns or refunds for completed consultations. Terms are outlined in your individual treatment plans.

• Products or supplements recommended during consultations are dispensed to order and are non-refundable, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• Please choose carefully and follow your practitioner’s guidance for safe and effective use.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

• All personal health information is handled in accordance with New Zealand privacy laws and securely stored using Splose, our client management platform.

• We will never sell or share your data without your consent, unless required by law or for your safety.

• You may request a summary of your clinical records at any time by contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, branding, downloadable resources, and program materials) is the property of Humble Healing and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
